Depending on the nature of your interaction with NSF, we may collect:
A. Grants - name, residential address, Email ID, phone number, PAN (where required), payment details, transaction history.
B. Scholarship/ Interest Free Education Financial Assistance Applications- name, address, educational qualifications, academic transcripts, parent/guardian details, professional details, referee details, PAN and bank details, contact details, including photographs of students and program participants, particularly for events, publications, and stakeholder communications. Once a Scholar is selected for a particular Scholarship, various additional documents for the purpose of verification of eligibility/documentation are collected.
C. Registration Fees for Post Graduated Scholarship Programme - the applicant's name, contact details, date of birth and city of residence is collected. Necessary receipts are also issued to the applicants.
D. Grants / Donations for Programmes- name and address, type of entity, PAN, GST number, income tax registration, Entity registration details, Contact details, names of Trustees, Directors, list of Donors etc.
E. Health Vertical Programmes- name and address, health-related questionnaire responses, tobacco usage details (if applicable), mobile number, photographs (where required)
F. Individual Medical Aid- name, address, PAN, bank details, contact details of beneficiaries and care-giver / guardians of minor beneficiaries, health information of beneficiaries.
G Staff and Management- name, Address, PAN, Aadhaar number, contact details, Employment-related information, photographs, health information, names and contact numbers of family members.

Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with Cloud services providers mandate strict DPDP compliance, including 72-hour breach notification to us, audit rights, data deletion post-term, and no unauthorized sub processors.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including- restricted access controls, secure servers, encryption where appropriate, and internal confidentiality protocols.
However, no system is entirely immune from risks, and we do not provide absolute guarantees of security.
